What you will do

Create, maintain and scale up marketing campaigns across key paid channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, influencer marketing.
Work with stakeholders from marketing and other teams across the organization on planning, launching, optimizing, collecting and sharing learnings from paid or cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Mentor and support regional marketing specialists in running local campaigns and sharing learnings and best practices. Estabish processes and guidelines to allow scalability in all key markets.
Work with content and design teams, as well as external agencies and contractors, on production of effective creatives, provide channel best practices and concrete actionable feedback to optimize creative assets.
Continuously track and analyse channel performance to ensure effectiveness. Use insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (sales, regional marketing, product, strategy), ensure performance marketing alignment with overall business objectives.

You will be great for this position if you have

4+ years of experience running performance focused campaigns across at least two major advertising channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc, preferably for a B2B / software / SaaS business.
Proven track record in building and maintaining a mix of paid campaigns at scale and stable positive ROI.
Ability to effectively work with design and content counterparts to build and iterate on well-performing creative assets.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
Solid understanding of advertising platforms, automation, tracking setup and interest in new developments and trends.
Experience optimizing and scaling up creative production with AI tools.
Experience running influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus.
Proficient English skills, German and other languages are a plus.
