What you will do
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Berlin, think-cell has become the leading provider of business document creation software, renowned for our essential PowerPoint plug-in that revolutionizes the creation of charts and other layout functionalities. In the role as MBA Intern you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, and there will be (almost) no typical day during your time at think-cell. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Academics in Strategy & Corporate Development, you will be a contributor to key commercial and academic projects.

One key project you will be end-to-end contributing to a strategic priority of think-cell – the growth of the academic program.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Co-Organize a Case Competition: One key project you will be fully owning is in one growth area for think-cell – the academic program. We are planning to run an international case competition incl. Top-Tier academic institutions. This means intense project- and partnerships management and end-to-end responsibility with high visibility from senior management
  • Analyze data and derive strategies: Conduct research and data analysis on market trends, competitive strategies and areas for improvement to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate within think-cell: Collaborate with different departments to manage and oversee key projects
  • Get your hands dirty: We are speedboat within think-cell which means we can shift priorities fast and everyone is doing what is needed to ensure the success of the programs
  • Work closely with a small team: You work directly with the Head of Partnerships & Academics and our Partnership Managers in the US, EMEA and APAC on strategic and operational priorities to ensure program success
You will be great for this position if you have
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, computer science, or other related fields
  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree or a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work at least 3 days per week from our headquarters in Berlin
  •  2+ years of work experience, preferably in a high-performance environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC-owned portfolio companies).
  • A keen interest in technology, software, and innovation
  • Experience working with think-cell is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (German is a plus)
  • Work authorization in Germany - No visa sponsorship is available for the role
