We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Lead to oversee our Go-to-Market strategy in the Middle East. This leadership role spans across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with a primary focus on driving user growth through effective sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts, managing the entire sales lifecycle while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your role:
- Lead and Grow the Regional Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals, setting clear objectives, coaching for success, and ensuring team alignment with think-cell’s business goals.
- Drive Sales Strategy: In alignment with Sales Leadership, plan, execute, and monitor direct and indirect sales efforts across the ME region, focusing on large, strategic accounts. Identify key growth opportunities, cultivate relationships, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Lead Market Expansion: Strategically develop and manage sales processes in the ME region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across industries.
- Monitor and Optimize Sales Performance: Regularly analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded by optimizing the team’s performance and customer engagement.
- Manage selected Key Accounts: Actively involve yourself in selected key accounts in the ME region and execute large or strategic deals and partnerships.
- Implement Local Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with HQ and global marketing teams to execute tailored marketing campaigns in the ME region, ensuring a cohesive approach to user growth and brand awareness.
- Act as the Regional Representative: Represent think-cell in the region, acting as the face of the brand to key partners, clients, and prospects.
- Foster a Results-Driven Culture: Lead by example in terms of performance and accountability. Drive the team’s focus on delivering tangible results and achieving business objectives.
