As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our company by helping us hire talent that drives our growth.

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles, including sales, marketing, Customer support, and other business functions.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Management: Identify, engage, and build a network of passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards and networking events).
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates’ qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Represent the company as an ambassador during candidate interactions, communicating our values and mission.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
