Therefore we are now seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Designer (f/m/d) to lead our design strategy and craft visually captivating assets across various platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating think-cell’s visual identity, creating designs that engage our audience, reinforce our brand image, and contribute to our continued growth.

What you will do:
- Create, maintain and expand a visual language library for all brand assets, ensuring high consistency across campaigns.
- Work successfully with stakeholders from marketing and other teams across the organization on various graphic design projects including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more.
- Drive the entire design process from concept to delivery on different types of projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, website pages and conversion funnels, email templates, events, and sales collateral.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop self-service solutions for different teams in the organization that would guarantee quality, consistency and speed of visual outputs.
- Act as a design advisor and consultant to the team on all creative projects. Educated others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to designers in the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and visual identity.
