Overview
We are looking for a customer-centric Enablement and Adoption Specialist to lead the training efforts for our largest consulting clients. You will be responsible for driving increased adoption of think-cell among these customers by establishing specified and scaled training, enablement, and workflow reviews. You will coordinate sessions, deliver training, and provide product expertise, working closely with Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain training programs, courses, and materials for an assigned set of think-cell’s largest consulting customers.
- Product Knowledge Transfer: Gain a deep understanding of think-cell product features use cases across multiple industries and business functions. Effectively transfer this knowledge to customers through training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding sessions for new customers, departments and partners to ensure a smooth and comprehensive introduction to our products and potential use cases.
- Ensuring Adoption: In partnership with the sales team, proactively engage with your clients to coordinate training sessions for both new and experienced users, ultimately ensuring that customers are utilizing the product and maximizing business value.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions via various channels including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms and webinars. Gather feedback from training participants to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to training programs and materials.
- think-cell Academy: Develop a deep understanding of available customer resources and provide ongoing feedback to further develop these resources.
- Documentation: Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, guides, and tutorials to serve as valuable resources for learners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of training efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
