We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to own our go-to-market activity for global Enterprise financial services customers headquartered in Europe. The primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through sales activities, with a customer-centric mindset that includes parts of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will exhibit qualities of acquiring and growing a book of customers, owning the entire sales process from pipeline generation to closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Outreach to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
- Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach that is customized to the individual customer.
- Help customers build and construct business plans that generate successful funding of enterprise license purchases.
- Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials (e.g. adjust email sequences and messaging).
- Localize and run marketing campaigns with support from our central team.
- Coordinate and enable post-deal product adoption (e.g. trainings) supported by a central enablement team.
- Monitor customer health to detect and prevent churn.
